Hagadone owns one of the largest estates in Palm Desert. It covers an area in excess of 64,000sq.ft. The $30 million home[4] is a futuristic spread which has 19 electronic, moveable glass walls that can open onto the mountain air and the vast network of pools that weave through the property.[5]
Hagadone used to own a 50.00m yacht Lady Lola.[6] It was aired by Discovery Channel in the program "The Million Dollar Yachts" which not only featured Lady Lola and her Shadow but also some other notable yachts.[7]
The yacht was even equipped with fully functional golf course and speed boats to bring back the stray golf balls. The yacht also had its own helipads and helicopters and a submarine which can accommodate three people at a time.[8]
Hagadone now owns a custom-made carbonfiber sailboat that stays on Lake Coeur d'Alene in the summertime.
